• DC Wig welding - DC (DC). Welding of almost all metals such as steel, stainless steel, copper, brass and much more Note: Not suitable for aluminum - an AC/DC device is required for this. 4 in 1 combination device - WIG + MIG / MAG + MMA / E -hand welding up to 200 A and 50 A plasma function.
• 2T/4T (WIG/MIG/MAG) - Determines the control of the operating mode and offers extended control over the course of the current. In 2T mode, the high frequency ignition (HF) remains active until the button on the Brenner is released. In the 4T mode, after pressing and letting go of the die button, the lacquer is ignited. After pressing and releasing again, the ignition ends.
• Gas reference (WIG) - the tungsten electrode protects against too high wear and protects the weld seam from oxidation. The parameter can be set individually and separately. He indicates how long after the ignition should flow gas.
• Light & compact design - only 14 kg weight and dimensions of 450 x 250 x 350 mm. Innovative IGBT transistors save space and weight compared to the old MOSFET technology. No more difficult wear!
• HF ignition (WIG) - enables contactless ignition and ensures a much better welding result. No lift arc, no stroking ignition!
• The device supplies the highest efficiency & performance - single -phase change current (230 V) and allows a output of real 200 amps for WIG + MIG/MAG + MMA.
• Smart cooling & overheating protection - the latest technology, integrated overheating protection and high performance cooling enable the maximum performance.

• WIG (Wolfram-Inert-Gas)-protective gas welding with inert/inactive gases such as Argon 4.6 (99.996 %). An arc between tungsten electrode and workpiece is created in an argon bell. This melts the material and the additional material supplied if necessary. A weld seam is created.
• MMA electrode welding / ARC welding - a universal welding process. An arc makes the electrode melt and thus forms the weld seam.
• Hotstart - Automatic voltage increase when starting for better detonator results.
• Anti -stick - automatic shutdown of the welding current when the electrode sticks enables easy removal.
• MIG/MAG - metal protection gas welding with DC (DC). It can be welded with inactive/inerts (MIG, e.g. Argon) or with active (MAG, e.g. CO2). Gas and welding wire come from the burner head and enable welding work with just one hand.
• Fill wire-All our devices of the ST series can use fill wire (flux-cored wire). This enables welding without protective gas. For this purpose, the device can be polished particularly easily.
• Automatic wire feed - the speed of the wire feed is automatically regulated via the set welding current and also by selecting the wire thickness used on the device.
• Electricity voltage (volt) - variable voltage control to manually adjust the incorporation and burning of the wire. This means that the different properties of a wide variety of materials can be affected.
• 4 Role drive - reliable and powerful wire feed. Thanks to 4 drive rollers, thicker wires are continuously and safely encouraged.
• Manual wire push through - no more gas loss or tedious pushing the wire. If a new wire roll is to be guided through the hose package, this happens completely automatically with the wire push button.
• Trolling roller - commercially available wire rollers from 1 kg to 5 kg can be processed here. The rinse can absorb 16 mm & 50 mm coils.
• Wire drive roller - Different wire thickness can be used by simply changing the drive roll of 0.6 mm, 0.8 mm, 1.0 mm & 1.2 mm.
• Plasma / cut - a plasma beam is generated using electricity, which melts the material on, which is then removed with compressed air. In this way, all conductive metals such as standard steel, stainless steel, copper, aluminum, titanium and much more can be easily cut precisely.
• Cutting thickness - separation cuts are possible up to 14 mm depending on the material. Construction steel ST37 to 14 mm, V2A or V4A up to 8 mm, aluminum up to 5 mm.
• Contact inflammation - high frequency (HF) contact inflammation for first -class ignition behavior.
• Cutting current - stepless setting from 15 to 50 A.
• Air infrontrol - infinitely adjustable air awards of 3 to 10 seconds to cool the burner and reduce the wear of the nozzle and electrode.

Notice: The device is not intended for use in living areas in which the power supply is carried out via a public low -voltage supply system. It may be difficult to ensure electromagnetic tolerance in these areas, both through line -bound and emitted disturbance.
