The guarantee grants a claim for free repair, for example, damaged parts that are covered by the guarantee. The guarantee period is seven years and begins with the preservation of the goods. Example: Receiving the goods on June 30, 2020. Start of the guarantee period: 30.06.2020. End of the guarantee period: 29.06.2027.

You can do this both by phone and by email. Our employees will be happy to help you. If remote maintenance is not possible, send the device to us. After a detailed analysis, a repair will take place and the device will be sent to you again. If a repair is not possible, you will be sent a replacement after consultation. The repair and return shipping are free of charge for you. You only pay the shipping to us.
Services outside the guarantee
Regardless of the guarantee and the type of problem, our service and technology employees are at your disposal. Therefore, you can contact us outside of the guarantee period if necessary. After analyzing the device, you will receive a cost estimate and then decide how you want to proceed.
