1. FC Cologne
1. FC Köln - also called Effzeh from fans - is noticeably different and yet authentic: a club with idiosyncrasies, corners and edges, in which the billy goat is just as much a part of the Rheinische Carnival. This authenticity draws FC from its history, its values, but in particular from its origin and rooting in Cologne and the region. That just fits steel. Therefore, we look forward to taking the next steps together with the Effzeh. The successful cooperation of the past is not only continued, but further expanded: True to our motto "Stahlwerk welding together", we are exclusive partners of 1. FC Köln from the 2022/23 season and thus one of the biggest sponsors of the billy goats. With this, Stahlwerk would like to set an example and underline the development of the reliable partnership.

Three German championships and four DFB cup victories are available for the founding member of the Bundesliga. Numerous national players were trained by the cathedral cities. The football club is considered one of the sympathizers in the league, the home games are regularly sold out. The atmosphere in the stadium is unique and beyond the Rhineland is as well known as popular. This is what the FC anthem also says "Üvverall Jitt et fans from FC Kölle" and that is not exaggerated: the club currently has well over 120,000 members, almost half of them come from Cologne and the surrounding area. 909 FC fan clubs are available in Germany, but also in Belgium, England, Spain and even in Canada, Costa Rica, Brazil and Nigeria, fans have come together.
FC St. Pauli
FC St. Pauli receives support from the Rhineland for the 2022/23 season. Stahlwerk supports the likeable team from the north as a so-called "captain"-a business partnership for sponsors. In keeping with the fan friendship between St. Pauli with 1. FC Köln, Stahlwerk presents itself as a permanent supporter of the neighborhood club from Hamburg at the new season. The association known as the "World Cup winner" is particularly noticeable due to its extraordinary fan culture, the official fan flag is similar to a pirate flag. Whether for the inlet music "Hells Bells" by AC/DC or the classic "You’ll Never Walk Alone" - the mood in the stadium and the choreographies of the fans are considered unique in Germany and there are numerous sympathizers beyond borders.
The club is considered cosmopolitan, idealistic and rebellious. Values such as tolerance, helpfulness and sustainability are not only mere words, but are also lived in St. Pauli. True to the motto "There is nothing good, except: you do it!" The club is committed to many social and social issues. The regional anchoring plays a major role here. Anyone who has ever experienced the atmosphere at the home games understands why the association has over 5 million fans in Germany alone. The club itself does not like to refer to itself without irony as a "favorite secondary club". We look forward to being able to accompany St. Pauli on his way and wish the team every success!
