Functions

  • MMA electrode welding / ARC welding - a universal welding process. An arc makes the electrode melt and thus forms the weld seam. No protective gas is required and can therefore be used flexibly at any location.
  • IGBT Technology - The latest and most modern transistor technology enables maximum performance and switch -on duration (ED) at full power! No transformer, no MOSFET, the most modern IGBT!
  • IGBT double board-the ARC welding device has an IGBT double board. Due to the increased switching frequency of the IGBT transistors on the double board, the welding current remains thermally stable even with longer work cycles and enables a higher operating time.
  • The welding device can be expanded with the optionally available WP-17V universal lift-tig burner into a DC WIG welding device.
  • The welding parameters can be easily read on a clear digital display. The different modes can be quickly adjusted by the intuitive menu.
  • The device supplies the highest efficiency & performance - single -phase change current (230 V) and allows a output power of real 200 amps.

Properties & advantages

  • VRD function-By manually activating and deactivating the VRD function (Voltage Reduction Device), the output voltage of the digital welding device can be reduced to a safe level.
  • Hotstart - Automatic voltage increase when starting for better detonator results. Due to the short -term overlay of the set welding current, prevents the stable electrode from sticking and warms up the start of welding faster.
  • Anti -stick - automatic shutdown of the welding current when the electrode sticks enables easy removal. It also prevents the electrode from glowing.
  • Smart cooling & overheating protection - the latest technology, integrated overheating protection and high performance cooling enable the maximum performance.
  • Note: The device is not intended for use in living areas in which the power supply is carried out via a public low -voltage supply system. It may be difficult to ensure electromagnetic tolerance in these areas, both through line -bound and emitted disturbance.
