The robust vibrating bottle impresses with its high performance, precise workmanship and durability. It is used in conjunction with a suitable concrete vibrator or concrete compactor to professionally compact fresh concrete and reliably eliminate voids, cavities and trapped air bubbles. With a total length of 4 meters and a connection diameter of 35 mm, it is ideal for use on foundations, floor slabs, lintels, pillars, walls and formwork. The efficient compaction process gives the concrete a homogeneous structure, increased strength and improved frost resistance - the decisive factors for long-lasting and professional construction. During operation, the vibrating bottle is inserted into the still liquid concrete. An internal, flexible steel shaft transmits the rotational movement of the drive to the bottle and generates powerful vibrations. These compact the concrete evenly and transport trapped air upwards, creating a dense, stable concrete mass. The high-quality, hardened steel bottle ensures a long service life and is shock and wear-resistant. The flexible connecting hose is oil-resistant and protected by a robust plastic coating, which also ensures longevity and reliable function even under demanding construction site conditions.
