The digital STAHLWERK torque wrench works in a range from 3 to 200 Nm and is ideal for the controlled tightening of screws and nuts with a previously set torque. The 510 mm long tool has a 1/2" holder. The extremely fine-toothed ratchet mechanism with 72 teeth ensures a small return angle when loosening and tightening screws. In track mode, the applied torque is displayed in real time and reset to 0 after the load has been relieved. Peak mode records the torque value reached and signals the approach to the set maximum value acoustically and visually: at 80% a signal tone sounds, at 90% the signal frequency increases and the yellow LED switches on, while at 100% a continuous tone is emitted and the red LED is activated. The LED display shows the current measured value, the set torque, the measurement unit and the battery status. The five units of measurement available are N.m, lb.ft, lb.in, kg.cm and kg.m 500 torque data sets can be stored, accessed and deleted individually or completely. The device also has an intuitive quick adjustment for quickly adjusting the desired torque value. An LED light supports visibility in the immediate working area. The torque wrench switches off automatically after 120 seconds of inactivity.
