Properties & advantages
- Light & compact design - only 6.8 kg weight and dimensions of 365 x 152 x 275 mm. Innovative IGBT transistors save space and weight compared to the old MOSFET technology. No more difficult wear!
- HF ignition (WIG) - enables contactless ignition and ensures a much better welding result. No lift arc, no stroking ignition!
- Welding current / pulse current - through the two parameters "welding current" and "impulse current" you can set two different current strengths for a welding process, between which the welding current always changes.
- Impulse width - With the pulse width, you set how long the welding current takes on the current of the pulse current before setting up back to normal welding current strength.
- Impulse frequency - The pulse frequency determines how often the current changes in a specified period between the two set values.
- Innovative hose package including modified WP-26 burner with flex head. This enables flexible and simple work.
- Hotstart - Automatic voltage increase when starting for better detonator results.
- Anti -stick - automatic shutdown of the welding current when the electrode sticks enables easy removal.
- WIG (Wolfram-Inert-Gas)-protective gas welding with inert/inactive gases such as Argon 4.6 (99.996 %). An arc between tungsten electrode and workpiece is created in an argon bell. This melts the material and the additional material supplied if necessary. A weld seam is created.
- MMA electrode welding / ARC welding - a universal welding process. An arc makes the electrode melt and thus forms the weld seam. No protective gas is required.
- Job memory - memory option for self -configured settings / presets. There are 10 storage spaces available.
- Plasma / cut - a plasma beam is generated using electricity, which melts the material on, which is then removed with compressed air. In this way, all conductive metals such as standard steel, stainless steel, copper, aluminum, titanium and much more can be easily cut precisely.
- The device is suitable for welding thin sheets as well as processing of band steels and flat iron at all types of steel with a low, medium or high carbon content as well as stainless steel, copper, nickel, CR-MO and alloyed steel metals.
- The plasma cutter delivers powerful 40 amps and has precise contact inflammation for first -class ignition behavior.
- The cutting output is up to 12 mm (construction steel ST37 to 12 mm, V2A or V4A up to 7 mm, aluminum up to 4 mm).
A notice: Not suitable for aluminum - an AC/DC device is required for this.
A notice: The device is not intended for use in living areas in which the power supply is carried out via a public low -voltage supply system. It may be difficult to ensure electromagnetic tolerance in these areas, both through line -bound and emitted disturbance.
