The steel mill MIG MAG MAG 200 ST Digital has a synergic wire feed, works with up to 200 A and is suitable for both MIG MAG Welding and MMA/ARC application. The different modes can be quickly adjusted by the intuitive menu. Properties & advantages

  • Fill wire-All our devices of the ST series can use fill wire (flux-cored wire). This enables welding without protective gas.
  • Inductivity - continuously adjustable throttle, which smoothes the welding current and improves the quality of the welding and ignition properties.
  • Electricity voltage (volt) - variable voltage control to manually adjust the incorporation and burning of the wire. This can be used to affect the different properties of a wide variety of materials.
  • Manual wire push through - no more gas loss or tedious pushing the wire. If a new wire roll is to be guided through the hose package, this happens comfortably from the device with the red wire feed button when the hose package is designed.
  • Trolling roller - commercially available wire rollers from 1 kg to 5 kg can be processed here. The spin -off can absorb 16 mm and 50 mm coils.
  • Wire drive roller - Different wire thickness can be used by simply changing the drive roll of 0.6 mm, 0.8 mm and 1.0 mm.
  • MMA electrode welding / MMA welding - is a universal welding process for welding with electrodes.
  • Note: The device is not intended for use in living areas in which the power supply is carried out via a public low -voltage supply system. It may be difficult to ensure electromagnetic tolerance in these areas, both through line -bound and emitted disturbance.
