The steel plant MIG-135 ST protective gas welding machine works with up to 135 amps and is suitable for both the MIG/MAG welding and the e-hand/MMA welding with electrode. An advantage of this compact and only 11.6 kg welding device is that Flux filling wire can be used. So the welding of thin sheets without protective gas is also possible. In addition to a smart cooling with integrated overheating protection, the combination welding device has a synergic wire feed. The speed of the wire feed is automatically regulated via the set welding current. Thanks to advanced IGBT technology and extensive functions, the MIG-135 ST welding machine is powerful and reliable. Functions

MIG/MAG - metal protection gas welding with DC (DC). It can be welded with inactive/inerts (MIG, e.g. Argon) or with active (MAG, e.g. CO2). Gas and welding wire come from a burner head and enable welding work with just one hand.
Synergian wire feed: The wire feed speed is controlled fully automatically via the welding current.
2 in 1 combination device - MIG/MAG & MMA welding is possible up to 135 a.
IGBT Technology - The latest and most modern transistor technology enables the highest performance and switch -on duration (ED) at full power! No transformer, no MOSFET, the most modern IGBT!

Smart cooling & overheating protection - the latest technology, integrated overheating protection and high performance cooling enable the maximum performance.
Fill wire-All our devices of the ST series can use fill wire (flux-cored wire). This enables welding without protective gas.
Automatic wire feed - the speed of the wire feed is automatically regulated via the set welding current.
Inductivity - continuously adjustable throttle, which smoothes the welding current and improves the quality of the welding and ignition properties.
Electricity voltage (volt) - variable voltage control to manually adjust the incorporation and burning of the wire. This means that the different properties of a wide variety of materials can be affected.
Manual wire push through - no more gas loss or tedious pushing the wire. If a new wire roll is to be guided through the hose package, this happens comfortably from the device with the red wire feed button when the hose package is designed.
Trolling roller - commercially available wire rollers from 1 kg to 5 kg can be processed here. The rinse can absorb 16 mm & 50 mm coils.
Wire drive roller - Different wire thickness can be used by simply changing the drive roll of 0.6 mm & 0.8 mm & 1.0 mm.
MMA electrode welding / MMA welding - is a universal welding process. No protective gas is required.
Note: The device is not intended for use in living areas in which the power supply is carried out via a public low -voltage supply system. It may be difficult to ensure electromagnetic tolerance in these areas, both through line -bound and emitted disturbance.
