Functions

  • Plasma / cut - a plasma beam is generated using electricity, which melts the material on, which is then removed with compressed air. In this way, all conductive metals such as standard steel, stainless steel, copper, aluminum, titanium and much more can be easily cut precisely.
  • Cutting thickness - separation cuts are possible up to 14 mm depending on the material. Construction steel ST37 to 14 mm, V2A or V4A up to 8 mm, aluminum up to 5 mm.
  • Contact inflammation - high frequency (HF) contact inflammation for first -class ignition behavior.
  • Cutting current - stepless setting from 15 to 50 A.
  • Air reference - after the cutting process has been completed, air automatically flows up to cool the burner and reduce the wear of the nozzle and electrode.
