Functions

  • Plasma / cut - a plasma beam is generated using electricity, which melts the material on, which is then removed with compressed air. In this way, all conductive metals such as standard steel, stainless steel, copper, aluminum, titanium and much more can be easily cut precisely.
  • Cutting thickness - separation cuts are possible up to 25 mm depending on the material. Construction steel ST37 to 25 mm, V2A or V4A up to 18 mm, aluminum up to 16 mm.
  • Follow -up - high frequency (HF) Pilot's event for first -class ignition behavior. No contact with the workpiece necessary! The pilot flame produces the arc. This burner can be operated with a spacer contained in the scope of delivery.
  • Cutting current - stepless setting from 20 to 70 A.
  • Air reference - after the cutting process has been completed, air automatically flows up to cool the burner and reduce the wear of the nozzle and electrode.
