The cutting output is up to 24 mm depending on the material (construction steel ST37 to 24 mm, V2A or V4A up to 16 mm, aluminum up to 13 mm). In addition to the usual conductive metals, the plasma cutter is also suitable for painted sheets and rust. The cutting current can be continuously adjusted from 20 to 60 amps. The compact device has smart cooling and overheating protection and is easy to transport with only 11.1 kg. Functions

  • Plasma / cut - a plasma beam is generated using electricity, which melts the material on, which is then removed with compressed air. In this way, all conductive metals such as standard steel, stainless steel, copper, aluminum, titanium and much more can be easily cut precisely.
  • Cutting thickness - separation cuts are possible up to 24 mm depending on the material. Construction steel ST37 to 24 mm, V2A or V4A up to 16 mm, aluminum up to 13 mm.
  • Contact inflammation - high frequency (HF) contact inflammation for first -class ignition behavior.
  • Cutting current - stepless setting of 20 to 60 A.
  • Air reference - after the cutting process is completed, air automatically flows up to cool the burner and reduce the wear of the nozzle and electrode.
