The Stahlwerk Kombi welding device CTM-416 PULS Pro is a powerful 6-in-1 inverter with 160 A and combines the welding process WIG | Mig Mag | MMA | Flux in one device. In addition, the welding device equipped with a pulse function is suitable for processing filling wire and for welding thin sheet and aluminum. In addition, the versatile multifunction device has an integrated 40 A plasma cutter, equipped with precise contact inflammation for best ignition properties. The cutting output is up to 10 mm (construction steel ST37 to 10 mm, V2A or V4A up to 7 mm, aluminum up to 4 mm). Equipped with IGBT technology of the latest generation, the versatile protective gas welding device convinces with a synergic wire feed and numerous individually adjustable welding parameters. Functions

Mig Mag. Metal protection gas welding with DC (DC). It can be welded with inactive/inerts (MIG, e.g. Argon) or with active (MAG, e.g. CO2). Gas and welding wire come from a burner head and enable welding work to be carried out with just one hand.
Mig pulse. Aluminum can also be processed by the pulse function.
DC Wig welding. DC (DC). Welding of almost all metals such as steel, stainless steel, copper, brass and much more.
Fill wire welding | Flux. Mig likes welding without gas with the help of a special wire.
Automatic wire supply speed (automatic wire feed). The welding wire is automatically turned off the coil and pushed by the wire feed unit by a package of hose several meters long to the electricity nozzle in the burner. Depending on the welding current, the speed itself regulates itself.
MMA | E-hand. Electrode hand welding is a universal welding process because it can be used under almost all conditions.
Plasma cutter. This means that all conductive metals can be easily cut, e.g. standard steel, copper, stainless steel, brass, aluminum, titanium, etc.
Contact inflammation. A slight touch of the workpiece is sufficient to ignite in plasma mode. Permanent contact with the workpiece must exist for the cut.
Anti-stick. In the event of a stipulated electrode on the workpiece, the welding current is automatically shut down. The electrode does not glow and is easier to solve from the workpiece.

Hotstart. Automatic voltage increase when starting for better detonator results. Due to the short -term overlay of the set welding current, prevents the stable electrode from sticking and warms up the start of welding faster.
IGBT technology. Powerful, innovative technology that sets new standards in welding technology.
Overheating protection. If the device is overloaded and expires as soon as the device cools down again.
Smart cooling. A powerful fan enables the exhaustion of maximum switch -on duration through excellent cooling.
ST-Guard housing. Is ergonomic, robust and safe. The control panel is conveniently accessible and can be operated intuitively.
Welding current. Steplessly adjustable welding current. Set the welding current according to the material thickness of your basic material.
Voltage regulation. Variable voltage control to manually adjust the incorporation and burning of the wire. The higher the voltage, the faster the wire burns down. Depending on the material and material thickness, a lower or higher setting can be selected. In this way, the automatic wire feed can be adjusted somewhat by accelerating or slowing down.
VRD (Voltage Reduction Device). Manual on/off of the VRD function enables the output voltage of the welding machine to be lowered to a safe level in order to protect the operator when touching the electrode as long as it is not welded.
