The 3-in-1 automatic welding helmet with the optical classes 1/1/1/2 is ideal for professional welding, plasma cutting as well as for grinding, separating and sawing work. The welding helmet and face reliably protects their eyes and face from harmful blitzs, heat, sparks and high -speed particles. Equipped with a True Color filter cassette of the latest generation, the welding mask ensures optimal visibility and excellent real color playback. The further developed True-Color technology offers a much sharper view and color accuracy as conventional real-color filter cassettes. Four independent sensors ensure automatic darkening of the welding shield as soon as the arc ignites. The desired parameters (WELD / CUT / Grind / Dark Mode) can be easily selected with only one hand with a push button without having to stop taking the welding helmet. Dark mode is recommended in unusual lighting conditions if automatic darkening due to unfavorable lighting conditions cannot be guaranteed. By turning the push button, the different darkening levels can be set depending on the mode from DIN 4 to DIN 13. Exact fine tuning can be carried out via the shade function of the filter box. For welding in forced situations, the welding helmet has innovative locking protection to prevent accidental adjustment of the darkening levels. In addition, using the LED filter cassette of the welding mask, the sensitivity to light and the delay of the darkening filter can be adapted to the individual requirements on site. For short welding cycles such as welding on yeast or spotting, the automatic welding helmet has an additional tack mode specially tailored to the process. The large field of vision of the filter cassette is 100 x 60 mm, so that you have an optimal overview of the work area and workpiece at all times. In addition, the professional welding helmet offers enough space for wearing a respiratory protection mask or glasses. Thanks to numerous setting options, the premium headband of the welding helmet nestles ergonomically perfectly on the shape of the head and convinces with an optimal fit. The particularly light construction of the welding mask promises high comfort even with longer work cycles.
