The powerful steelworks plasma cutter cut 160 pilot igbt with 2T/4T mode and high-performance water cooling delivers powerful 160 amps and has a precise high frequency (HF) Pilot event for first-class ignition behavior. The cutting output is up to 52 mm depending on the material (construction steel P235 to 52 mm, V2A or V4A up to 48 mm, aluminum up to 42 mm). In addition to the usual conductive metals, the plasma cutter is also suitable for painted sheets and rust. The cutting current can be continuously adjusted from 20 to 160 amps. The compact device has smart cooling and overheating protection and is easy to transport with only 38.3 kg.

  • Plasma / cut - a plasma beam is generated using electricity, which melts the material on, which is then removed with compressed air. In this way, all conductive metals such as standard steel, stainless steel, copper, aluminum, titanium and much more can be easily cut precisely.
  • Cutting thickness - separation cuts are possible up to 52 mm depending on the material. Construction steel P235 to 52 mm, V2A or V4A up to 48 mm, aluminum up to 42 mm.
  • Follow -up - high frequency (HF) Pilot's event for first -class ignition behavior. No contact with the workpiece necessary! The pilot flame produces the arc. This burner can be operated with a spacer contained in the scope of delivery.
  • Cutting current - stepless setting from 20 to 160 A.
  • Air awards - after the cutting process ends, air flows in to cool the burner and reduce the wear of the nozzle and electrode.
  • 2T/4T - determines the control of the operating mode and offers extended control over the course of the current. In 2T mode, the high frequency ignition (HF) remains active until the button on the Brenner is released. In the 4T mode, after pressing and letting go of the die button, the lacquer is ignited. After pressing and releasing again, the ignition ends.
