The Mig Mag steel plant consists of an AK25/MB25 welding burner with a 3 meter long hose package and the 28-part steelworks AK25/MB25 wearing set specially compiled for welding aluminum. The hose package for the welding burner is equipped with a carbon soul and gas-cooled. To use steel wire, the burner includes a steel soul for retrofitting. The 28-part wear parts set contains 10 power nozzles in diameter 1 mm and 10 power nozzles in diameter 1.2 mm. In addition, 2 x power nozzles M6 x 28 - Ø 0.8 mm for steel, 2 x power nozzles M6 x 28 - Ø 1.0 mm for steel, 1 x power nozzle M6 x 28 - Ø 1.0 mm for aluminum, 1 x power nozzle M6 x 28 - Ø 1.2 mm for aluminum, 1 x steel soul, 4 gas nozzles and 4 nozzles supplied. All components in this set are perfectly coordinated and ensure high stand and low set-up times. Mig and Mag welding burners from steelworks are robustly designed and perfectly matched to steel mill welding equipment and that of other manufacturers. The connection is made with a hose package via a euro center connection.
