Stahlwerk welding machine AC / DC WIG 200 pulse with plasma ST with 200 A WIG MMA / Plasma cutter / combination white with IGBT technology
The steelworks AC/DC WIG 200 Puls Cut ST is a multifunctional WIG welding device with plasma cutting function and MMA or electrode welding function. One of the many advantages of this 3-in-1 combi welding device is the compact design and the low weight of only 13 kg. With the plasma cutting function, it is possible to separate material thicknesses of up to 12 mm at 50 amperes. The AC/DC WIG 200 PULS CUT ST has an extensive pulse function, which makes it easier to weld thin sheet. Parameters such as impulse current, pulse frequency, long and short pulse can be easily adjusted. The remote -controllable power control on the welding burner or foot pedal (optionally available) offers you the advantage that you can also regulate the electricity during the welding process. State-of-the-art IGBT technology enables maximum performance in WIG and E-Hand welding as well as plasma cutting.

Functions
- AC/DC WIG welding - AC (AC) and DC (DC). Welding of almost all metals such as steel, stainless steel, aluminum, copper and much more.
- 3 in 1 combination device - WIG & MMA welding is possible up to 200 A, plasma cutting up to 50 A.
- Plasma / cut - a plasma beam is generated using electricity, which melts the material on, which is then removed with compressed air. In this way, all conductive metals such as standard steel, stainless steel, copper, aluminum, titanium and much more can be easily cut precisely.
- Cutting thickness - separation cuts are possible up to 12 mm depending on the material. Construction steel ST37 to 12 mm, V2A or V4A up to 8 mm, aluminum up to 5 mm.
- Extensive pulse function - WIG pulse - prevents burning of materials and reduces deformation by heat, particularly suitable for welding thin panels, the material of which may only be heated. Adjustable parameters are: impulse current, pulse width, pulse frequency, long and short pulse.
- IGBT technology - the latest and most modern transistors technology enables high performance when welding! No transformer, no MOSFET, the most modern IGBT!
- Light & compact design - only 13 kg weight and dimensions of 455 x 220 x 370 mm. Innovative IGBT transistors save space and weight compared to the old MOSFET technology. No more difficult wear!
- HF ignition - enables contactless ignition and ensures a much better welding result. No lift arc, no stroking ignition!
- The device supplies the highest efficiency & performance - single -phase change current (230 V) and allows a output power of real 200 amps.
- Smart cooling & overheating protection - the latest technology, integrated overheating protection and high performance cooling enable the maximum performance.
Properties & advantages
- 2T/4T (WIG) determines the operating meal control and offers an extended control & over the current flow. In 2T mode, the high frequency (HF) ignition remains active until the burner button is released. In 4T mode, the arc is ignited after pressing and letting go of the button. After pressing and letting go of the button again, the ignition ends. Some functions, such as reducing electricity, are only possible in 4T mode.
- Increase/reduction of the electricity - prevents the formation of catchment points (end crater) at the end of the welding.
- Contact inflammation (cut) - high frequency (HF) contact inflammation for first -class ignition behavior. A passage through the workpiece is sufficient.
- Cutting current (cut) - continuously adjustable from 15 to 50 A.
- Air tracking (cut) - After the cutting process ends, air automatically flows up to cool the burner and reduce the wear of nozzle and electrode.
- Gas pre and ritness (WIG) - protect the tungsten electrode from excessive wear and protect the weld seam from oxidation. The parameters can be set individually and separately. They state how long before and after the ignition should flow gas.
- AC balance-is a variable setting between the breaking of the oxide layer (-) and a deeper incorporation (+). This helps to influence the properties of different materials and alloys.
- Remote regulation via burner or pedal. The welding current can be adjusted comfortably at any time via the rotary control assembled on the burner. Alternatively, the welding current can also be regulated with our optionally available foot pedal.
- Welding current / pulse current - through the two buttons "welding current" and "impulse current" you can set two different current strengths for a welding process, between which the welding current always changes.
- Impulse width - With the pulse width, you set how long the welding current takes on the current of the pulse current before setting up back to normal welding current strength.
- Impulse frequency - The pulse frequency determines how often the current changes in a specified period between the two set values.
- Long pulse - the weld seam becomes wider, the heat supply is higher and the incorporation is deeper.
- Shortpuls - The welding bath can be better checked and the risk of welding a hole in the sheet is lower.
- Foot pedal - remote control electricity control via the foot pedal (not included). The foot control mode offers you the advantage that you can also regulate the electricity during the welding process, which gives you various options for executing the welding work. No pulse function is possible in pedal mode. The maximum current is set on the device. The foot pedal is placed on 10. When pressing the foot pedal, the device lights up with a lower electricity than on the display. As soon as the foot pedal is fully pushed through, the set maximum current can be reached. The value on the display does not change in the meantime. Examples: maximum current display: 100 A / ignition current through pedal: approx. 40 a, maximum current display: 150 A / ignition current through pedal: approx. 80A, maximum current display: 200 A / ignition current by pedal: approx. 110 a
- Hotstart - Automatic voltage increase when starting for better detonator results.
- Anti -stick - automatic shutdown of the welding current when the electrode sticks enables easy removal.
- WIG (Wolfram-Inert-Gas)-protective gas welding with inert/inactive gases such as Argon 4.6 (99.996 %). An arc between tungsten electrode and workpiece is created in an argon bell. This melts the material and the additional material supplied if necessary. A weld seam is created.
- MMA electrode welding / ARC welding - a universal welding process. An arc makes the electrode melt and thus forms the weld seam. No protective gas is required.
Notice: The device is not intended for use in living areas in which the power supply is carried out via a public low -voltage supply system. It may be difficult to ensure electromagnetic tolerance in these areas, both through line -bound and emitted disturbance.
