The SRG 300 Pro is a compact, electronic weld seam cleaning device for electrochemical cleaning and passivation of weld seams and metallic surfaces. Developed specifically for stainless steel, it removes tarnish, oxide residues and discoloration on weld seams and produces a metallically bright, passivated surface. Ideal for visually demanding visible seams and components with high corrosion requirements. In contrast to classic pickling processes, the SRG 300 Pro does not use highly aggressive acids such as nitric, fluoric or sulfuric acid. Instead, a suitable electrolyte is used in combination with a conductive carbon fiber brush that is activated by electrical current. This creates a controlled, material-friendly cleaning process without mechanical removal like grinding, which smoothes and passivates the surface at the same time. With an adjustable output current of 10-30 A, the cleaning performance can be adjusted to the size/area and degree of contamination of the weld - from fine tarnish to stronger oxidation. The device, which weighs only around 2.2 kg and has compact dimensions, a carrying strap and a 230 V power supply, is perfect for flexible use in workshops, production or mobile service operations.
