The blades of the sheet metal and figure scissors are made of high-quality, heat-treated steel. Sheet metal thicknesses of up to 1.25 mm can be cut with the hand-held metal snips. For stainless steel sheets, the tin snips can cut material thicknesses of up to 0.8 mm. The tool levers are made of 2 mm thick sheet steel and can withstand high pressure loads.
