• Plasma / CUT - Electricity is used to generate a plasma jet that melts the material, which is then removed with compressed air. This means that all conductive metals such as standard steel, stainless steel, copper, aluminum, titanium and much more can be cut precisely with ease.
• Cutting thickness - Separating cuts are possible up to 20 mm depending on the material. Structural steel ST37 up to 20 mm, V2A or V4A up to 8 mm, aluminum up to 5 mm.
• Pilot ignition - high frequency (HF) pilot ignition for first-class ignition behavior. No contact with the workpiece necessary! The pilot flame creates the arc. This burner can be operated with a spacer included in the scope of delivery.
• Cutting current - Continuously adjustable from 15 to 50 A. A THC interface enables connection to CNC gantry systems and automatic regulation of the torch distance via the arc voltage - ideal for precise series and contour cuts.
• Setting the post-flow - With this function, the air post-flow time can be set individually.
• The digital display shows the existing air pressure and can be switched between PSI, BAR, KPA or kg/cm².

• Convenient operation – Clearly structured front panel with digital display, 2T/4T switchover, gas check and post-flow time makes it easier to set all relevant parameters.

Note:Please operate the plasma cutter with a maximum working pressure of 4.0 bar. Please note the pressure shown in the display on the front panel (display shows a maximum of 4.5 bar). If the air pressure is over 4 bar, ignition may be impaired.
