The STAHLWERK MIG MAG aluminum set consists of an AK25/MB25 welding torch with a 3 meter long hose package and the 28-piece STAHLWERK AK25/MB25 wear parts set specially designed for welding aluminum. The hose package for the welding torch is equipped with a carbon core and is gas-cooled. In order to use steel wire, the burner comes with a steel core for conversion. The 28-piece wear parts set contains 10 contact tips with a diameter of 1 mm and 10 contact tips with a diameter of 1.2 mm. In addition, 2 x contact tips M6 x 28 - Ø 0.8 mm for steel, 2 x contact tips M6 x 28 - Ø 1.0 mm for steel, 1 x contact tip M6 x 28 - Ø 1.0 mm for aluminum, 1 x contact tip M6 x 28 - Ø 1.2 mm for aluminum, 1 x steel core, 1 x assembly key, 4 gas nozzles and 4 Nozzle sticks included. All components in this set are perfectly coordinated and ensure long service life and short set-up times. MIG and MAG welding torches from STAHLWERK are robustly designed and perfectly matched to STAHLWERK welding machines and those from other manufacturers.
