The MIG-200 ST protective gas welding machine steel works works with up to 200 amps and is suitable for both the MIG/MAG welding and the e-hand/MMA welding. One advantage of this welding device is that Flux filling wire can be used. So welding without protective gas is also possible. In addition to a smart cooling with integrated overheating protection, the welding machine has a synergic wire feed. The speed of the wire feed is automatically regulated via the set welding current. Functions

  • MIG/MAG - metal protection gas welding with DC (DC). It can be welded with inactive/inerts (MIG, e.g. Argon) or with active (MAG, e.g. Co2) gases. Gas and welding wire come from a burner head and enable welding work with just one hand.

  • Electricity voltage (volt) - variable voltage control to manually adjust the incorporation and burning of the wire. This means that the different properties of a wide variety of materials can be affected.
  • Manual wire push through - no more gas loss or tedious pushing the wire. If a new wire roll is to be guided through the hose package, this happens comfortably from the device with the red wire feed button when the hose package is designed.
  • Trolling roller - commercially available wire rollers from 1kg to 5kg can be processed here. The rinse can absorb 16mm & 50mm coil.
  • Wire drive roller - Different wire strengths can be used by simply changing the drive roll of 0.6mm, 0.8mm & 1.0mm.
  • MMA electrode welding / MMA welding - is a universal welding process.
  • Note: The device is not intended for use in living areas in which the power supply is carried out via a public low -voltage supply system. It may be difficult to ensure electromagnetic tolerance in these areas, both through line -bound and emitted disturbance.
