• Spot spot welding function: Particularly suitable in the automotive sector for thin body parts. This means that the stitching points are precisely reproducible and uniform.
• MIG Pulse: The pulse function keeps heat input low and enables welding of aluminum. CuSi soldering can also be implemented in the aluminum-silicon program.
• MIG / MAG gas metal arc welding with direct current (DC): Welding can be carried out with inactive/inert (MIG, e.g. argon) or with active (MAG, e.g. CO²) gases. Gas and welding wire come from a torch head and allow welding work to be carried out with just one hand.
• Cored wire capable: All of our devices can use flux cored wire. This makes welding possible without inert gas.
• MMA welding with electrodes as a universal welding process without the use of shielding gas.
• Lift TIG: With a separately available hose package (not included in delivery), the device can also be used for DC TIG welding (string ignition).
• Various welding parameters can be easily adjusted: The welding machine is suitable for precise welding of thin sheet metal as well as sheet metal and stainless steel. Due to the pulse function, the welding machine is also suitable for aluminum.
• Fully synergic welding machine: The voltage (volts) and also the wire feed always adapt accordingly to the set welding current. This makes the device very easy to use, especially for beginners.

• Wire roll usage: Commercially available wire rolls of 0.5 to 5 kg can be processed. The universal bobbin mandrel can hold both 16 mm and 50 mm bobbins.
• By simply changing the wire drive rollers, different wire thicknesses from 0.6 mm to 0.8 mm can be used. By switching to the 1.0 mm and 1.2 mm drive rollers with 'U' profile, aluminum wire can be used efficiently.
• ST-Guard housing: Ergonomic, robust and operationally safe. The control panel is conveniently accessible and intuitive to use.
• VRD (Voltage Reduction Device): Manual on/off switching of the VRD function allows the output voltage of the welding machine to be reduced to a safe level to protect the operator when touching the electrode while not welding is in progress.
