• 3-in-1 Laser Processing: Hand-held laser welding system with 2000W rated power for welding metallic materials, cutting thin-walled metals and cleaning weld seams.
• CW fiber laser with continuous and modulated operation: The output power can be continuously adjusted and modulated over time in order to adapt the energy input to different processing processes.
• Oscillating SUP31T laser welding torch: The focused laser beam is moved in a controlled manner by digitally controlled servo drives, which means that the seam width, heat input and energy distribution can be reproducibly adjusted.

• Safety concept for laser class 4: laser release switch, emergency stop, safety foot pedal, safety-monitored workpiece contact as well as interface for door monitoring and external warning lights.
• No automatic restart: After a safety-relevant shutdown, voltage recovery or system reset, the laser emission cannot restart automatically.
• Active hybrid cooling: Water and refrigerant-based cooling system with coolant monitoring to control the temperature of the laser energy source and cool down the welding torch.
• Professional wire feeder: Motorized roller drive with touchscreen control, pulse operation and adjustable parameters such as start delay, retraction length, feed length and manual feed.

SAFETY NOTE (CH):

The laser welding machine has laser class 4. Suitable personal protective equipment (PPE) must be worn during operation. The selection of PPE must be based on the operator's risk assessment. The PPE must comply with the applicable Swiss regulations and the relevant harmonized standards (in particular SN EN 60825-1:2014) and must be dimensioned according to the laser power and wavelength. When welding, cutting and derusting Laser safety helmet, laser safety goggles, laser safety gloves and suitable protective clothing absolutely necessary. The laser may only be used in a closed, marked place Laser monitoring area be operated with laser protection walls and monitored access.

The instruction does not replace the operator's obligation to comply with the applicable legal regulations - in particular the UVG, the VUV and the EKAS guideline 6508 (ASA guideline) — and observe the operating instructions. The device may only be used by appropriately instructed and qualified persons. For lasers of classes 3B and 4, the operator is obliged according to Suva: to appoint a laser safety officer and define its tasks in writing. The Suva publication is recommended “Attention, laser beam!” (No. 66049.D) as well as a corresponding further training course to become a laser safety officer (e.g. at TÜV Rheinland or a recognized Swiss provider).
