Features & Benefits
- Job memory - The industrial welding machine has memory options for self-configured settings/presets. The system can store and recall 100 sets of parameters for the welding process, which significantly improves the reproducibility and operability of the welding process.
- Preflow / Gas preflow - Thanks to the gas preflow, the protective gas flow begins before the arc is ignited. This prevents the workpiece from coming into contact with air when welding begins. This protects the weld seam from oxidation. The gas lead time can be adjusted individually depending on the welding requirements.
- MIG MAG - metal arc welding with direct current (DC). It can be welded with inactive/inert (MIG, e.g. argon) or with active (MAG, e.g. CO²) gases. Gas and welding wire come from a torch head and allow welding work to be carried out with just one hand.
- Inductance - The individual adjustment of the inductance makes it possible to avoid the increased formation of weld spatter.
- Stabilization system - The digital control of the welding process ensures consistently high-quality work results. Thanks to automatic stabilization, the welding system reacts immediately to changes in the supply voltage and is therefore also suitable for networks in which voltage drops can occur.
- Fully synergic device - the voltage (volts) and also the wire feed automatically adapt to the set welding current. This makes the inverter particularly easy to use.
- The use of a wire feeder with a four-wheel drive high-precision encoder motor and a fully digital wire feed control system ensure smooth and stable feeding.
- 4 roller drive - reliable and powerful wire feed. Thanks to 4 drive rollers, even thicker wires are conveyed continuously and safely.
- Automatic voltage regulation (volts) - the voltage automatically adapts to the set welding current.
- Wire roll - Commercially available 5 kg and 15 kg wire rolls can be processed. The universal bobbin mandrel can hold 50 mm bobbins. Optionally, 200 mm coils can also be processed with an adapter.
- Wire drive rollers - by simply changing the drive rollers, different wire thicknesses from 0.8 to 1.6 mm can be used. By switching to drive rollers with a 'U' profile, aluminum wire can also be used.
- Smart cooling & overheating protection - State-of-the-art technology, integrated overheating protection and high-performance cooling enable maximum performance to be achieved.
- Due to its compact dimensions and low weight, the flexible welding machine is particularly suitable for mobile use in industry, on construction sites and in assembly.
Note: The device is not intended for use in residential areas where power is supplied via a public low-voltage supply system. It may be difficult to detect electromagnetic interference in these areas due to both conducted and radiated interference
To ensure compatibility.
Note: Please note that the carbon core is only intended for processing aluminum and
Stainless steel was designed. When welding steel, please always use a steel core to avoid damage!
