The Stahlwerk Kombi welding device MTM-200 ST is a powerful 3-in-1 inverter with 200 A and combines the welding process WIG | Mig Mag | MMA in one device. In addition, the welding machine is suitable for processing filling wire and for welding thin sheet, but not for the welding of aluminum. Equipped with IGBT technology of the latest generation, the versatile protective gas welding device convinces with a synergic wire feed and numerous individually adjustable welding parameters. A powerful 4-roll drive ensures a reliable and continuous wire advance even with thicker welding wires. By changing the drive rollers, wires in the countries 0.6 | 0.8 | 1.0 | 1.2 mm can be processed. The spooling torn is suitable for absorbing 16 mm and 50 mm coils, so wire rollers of 1 to 5 kg can be clamped. The combination welding device has high frequency ignition (HF) with 2-stroke | 4-stroke mode.

The Stahlwerk Kombi welding device MTM-200 ST is a powerful 3-in-1 inverter with 200 A and combines the welding process WIG | Mig Mag | MMA in one device. In addition, the welding machine is suitable for processing filling wire and for welding thin sheet, but not for the welding of aluminum.
DC Wig welding - DC (DC). Welding of almost all metals such as steel, stainless steel, copper, brass and much more Note: Not suitable for aluminum - an AC/DC device is required for this.
2T/4T (WIG/MIG/MAG) - Determines the control of the operating mode and offers extended control over the course of the current. In 2T mode, the high frequency ignition (HF) remains active until the button on the Brenner is released. In the 4T mode, after pressing and letting go of the die button, the lacquer is ignited. After pressing and releasing again, the ignition ends.
Gas reference (WIG) - protects the tungsten electrode from wear and protects the weld seam from oxidation. The parameters can be set individually. The gas reference indicates how long the protective gas should flow after the ignition.
Light & compact construction and innovative IGBT transistors save space and weight compared to the old MOSFET technology. No more difficult wear!

WIG (Wolfram-Inert-gas)-protective gas welding with Inerten | Inactive gases such as Argon 4.6 (99.996 %). A arc between tungsten electrode and workpiece is created in an argon bell. This melts the material and the additional material supplied if necessary. A weld seam is created.
MMA electrode welding | ARC welding - a universal welding process. An arc makes the electrode melt and thus forms the weld seam.
Hotstart - Automatic voltage increase when starting for better detonator results.
Anti -stick - automatic shutdown of the welding current when the electrode sticks enables easy removal.
MIG MAG - metal protection gas welding with DC (DC). It can be with inactive | inside (MIG, e.g. Argon) or with active (MAG, e.g. CO2) gases are welded. Gas and welding wire come from the burner head and enable welding work to be carried out with just one hand.
Fill wire-All our devices of the ST series can use fill wire (flux-cored wire). This enables welding without protective gas. For this purpose, the welding machine can be easily changed.
Automatic wire feed - the speed of the wire feed is automatically regulated via the set welding current and by selecting the wire thickness used on the device.
Electricity voltage (volt) - variable voltage control to manually adjust the incorporation and burning of the wire. This means that the different properties of a wide variety of materials can be affected.
4 Role drive - reliable and powerful wire feed. Thanks to 4 drive rollers, thicker wires are continuously and safely encouraged.
Manual wire push through - no more gas loss or tedious pushing the wire. If a new wire roll is to be guided through the hose package, this happens completely automatically with the wire push button.
Trolling roller - commercially available wire rollers from 1 kg to 5 kg can be processed. The spin -off can absorb 16 mm and 50 mm coils.
Wire drive roller - by simply changing the drive roll of 0.6 | 0.8 | 1.0 | 1.2 can be used by different wire thicknesses
