The 3-in-1 automatic welding helmet with a Bluetooth remote control, a folding visor and optical classes 1/1/1/1 is ideal for professional welding, plasma cutting as well as for grinding, cutting and sawing work. The welding helmet reliably protects the eyes and face from harmful flashes, heat, sparks and high-speed particles. Equipped with a latest generation true color filter cassette, the welding mask ensures optimal visibility and excellent true color reproduction. The further developed True Color technology offers significantly sharper vision and color accuracy than conventional Real Color filter cassettes. Four independent sensors ensure that the welding shield is automatically darkened as soon as the arc is ignited. The fully automatic welding helmet also has an ambient light sensor, which automatically adjusts the darkness levels to the arc. Using the OLED remote control, numerous parameters (WELD / CUT / GRIND / DARK MODE) can be conveniently selected via Bluetooth with just one hand, without having to take off the welding helmet. The remote control can be attached directly to the welding helmet using a holder or to the welding table or other magnetic surfaces thanks to an integrated magnet. DARK MODE is recommended in unusual lighting conditions when automatic darkening cannot be guaranteed due to unfavorable lighting conditions. The different darkening levels can be set from DIN 4 to DIN 14 depending on the mode. Exact fine-tuning can be carried out using the SHADE function of the filter cassette. In addition, the welding helmet has an automatic sensitivity adjustment (SENSIVITY). Another highlight of the professional welding helmet is the integrated job memory, which saves the set parameters for later applications. For welding in difficult positions, the welding helmet has an innovative locking protection to prevent the darkening levels from being accidentally adjusted. In addition, the light sensitivity and delay of the blackout filter can be adjusted to individual requirements on site. For short welding cycles such as tack welding or spotting, the automatic welding helmet has an additional TACK mode that is specifically tailored to the process. The main field of view of the filter cassette is 116 x 81 mm, so that you have an optimal overview of the work area and workpiece at all times. By raising the visor for grinding, cutting and sawing work, the field of view of the grinding helmet can be expanded even further. The professional welding helmet also offers enough space for wearing a respiratory mask or glasses. Thanks to numerous adjustment options, the premium headband of the welding helmet fits ergonomically perfectly to the shape of the head and impresses with its optimal fit. The particularly lightweight design of the welding mask promises a high level of comfort even during longer work cycles.
