The ARC 200 Synegic Pro steelworks is a very compact, fully syngical ARC welding machine with a real 200 amper. The advantage of the light direct current electrode welding device is that it is compactly built and at the same time very powerful. The advanced IGBT technology of the latest generation enables maximum performance in E-Hand and DC WIG contact infection welding (lift). The ARC 200 Synegic Pro has numerous adjustable functions such as Hot Start, ARC FOCE and antistick function, which prevent the welding electrode from burning or scolding and enable very good welding results. The individual settings are user-friendly on the LCD display and can be used intuitively. Thanks to the manual on and off of the VRD function (Voltage Reduction Device), the output voltage of the ARC 200 Synegic Pro can be lowered to a safe level in order to protect the user when touching the electrode if not welded.

Functions

MMA / e-hand. Electrode hand welding is a universal welding process because it can be used under almost all conditions.
Anti-stick. In the event of a stipulated electrode on the workpiece, the welding current is automatically shut down. The electrode does not glow and can be easily loosened from the workpiece.
Hotstart. Automatic voltage increase when starting for better detonator results. Due to the short -term overlay of the set welding current, prevents the stable electrode from sticking and warms up the start of welding faster.
IGBT technology. Powerful, innovative solution that sets new standards in welding technology.
Smart cooling. A powerful fan enables the exhaustion of maximum switch -on duration through excellent cooling.
Overheating protection. Stop as soon as the device is overloaded. A red control symbol lights up when overheating on the display and expires as soon as the device has cooled down again.

Properties & advantages

Lift-tig mode. When contacting, the ignition takes place by briefly painting the electrode on the workpiece. When the burner is lifting, the arc and the electronics of the welding machine increases the electricity to the set welding current thickness. To end the welding process, remove the burner from the workpiece.
VRD (Voltage Reduction Device). Manual on/off of the VRD function enables the output voltage of the welding machine to be lowered to a safe level in order to protect the operator when touching the electrode as long as is not welded.
ARC-Force function. Monitors and stabilizes the arc tension when the melted drops of sweat turn from the electrode into the melting bath or when the arc tension drops. This prevents the arc.
Welding current. Steplessly controllable between 10-200 A. A current of 30-40 a per mm material thickness is recommended.
Prepare of the electrode size. By choosing the electrical diameter, the optimal welding parameters are automatically determined in accordance with the preset reference value.
Equipped with solid 13 mm professional connection sockets, the device ensures maximum performance.
