The ARC 200 Puls Pro steelworks is a compact MMA | Lift-Tig welding machine with real 200 amps. The device has an extensive pulse function in the ARC and in the lift-tig mode, which prevents the burning of materials and significantly reduces deformations by heat. In this way, the inverter ensures excellent welding results. Another advantage is the intelligent temperature control, which turns on and off the fan exclusively if necessary. The latest IGBT technology of the latest generation enables maximum performance in the MMA and lift-tig welding. The ARC 200 PULS Pro has numerous adjustable functions such as Hot Start, ARC Force and Antistick, which prevent the welding electrode from burning or scolding and enables a simple welding process. The individual settings can be read clearly on the digital display.

Functions

  • MMA / e-hand. Electrode hand welding is a universal welding process because it can be used under almost all conditions.
  • Extensive pulse function in the MMA and lift-tig mode, which prevents the burning of materials and significantly reduces deformations by heat. In this way, the inverter ensures excellent welding results.
  • Anti-stick. In the event of a stipulated electrode on the workpiece, the welding current is automatically shut down. The electrode does not glow and can be easily loosened from the workpiece.
  • Hotstart. Automatic voltage increase when starting for better detonator results. Due to the short -term overlay of the set welding current, prevents the stable electrode from sticking and warms up the start of welding faster.
  • Intelligent temperature control. The fan is only switched on and off if necessary. This saves energy and avoids noise emissions.
  • IGBT technology. Powerful, innovative solution that sets new standards in welding technology.
  • Smart cooling. A powerful fan enables the exhaustion of maximum switch -on duration through excellent cooling.

Properties & advantages

  • Overheating protection. Stop as soon as the device is overloaded. A yellow control light burns when overheating and expires as soon as the device has cooled again.
  • Lift-tig mode. When contacting, the ignition takes place by briefly painting the electrode on the workpiece. When the burner is lifting, the arc and the electronics of the welding machine increases the electricity to the set welding current thickness. To end the welding process, remove the burner from the workpiece.
  • Welding current. Steplessly controllable between 10-200 A. A current of 30-40 a per mm material thickness is recommended.
  • VRD (Voltage Reduction Device). Manual on/off of the VRD function enables the output voltage of the welding machine to be lowered to a safe level in order to protect the operator when touching the electrode as long as it is not welded.
  • Light arc length limitation. The function of light arch length limitation stops the welding process when an excessive arc voltage is determined (unusually high gap between the electrode and workpiece). This function can be set in the corresponding expert menu depending on the process.
  • MMA welding and WIG welding. The arc length limitation cannot be used for the CEL characteristics (if available).
