BINZEL Düsofix welding protection paste is particularly recommended for welding techniques with heavy spatter and drop formation. The welding release agent reliably protects welding torches as well as gas and contact nozzles from welding spatter, such as that which occurs during MIG MAG welding. This means that the adhesion of welding spatter can be reduced to a minimum and the torch and wear parts remain permanently protected. The anti-spatter paste is easy to use and creates a protective layer over the parts of the welding torch that are dipped in the paste. When the welding torch is immersed, the welding protection paste forms a protective film around the wearing parts, which are thus directly protected from excessive spatter adhesion. The spatter protection paste is designed so that the resulting protective film is thick enough to achieve a very good separating effect, but at the same time does not stick too thickly, so that an unhindered gas flow can be guaranteed throughout.
